Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees. Shipments may be held by a country’s customs department and items may be restricted due to each country’s policy. Please note that Little Cosmo is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applicable. We suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire the policy before placing an order. Any packages that are refused by the customer due to custom related fees will not be refunded.
Return & Exchange
We offer free return and exchange in EU within 14 days after delivery. Please send an email to [email protected] to arrange return. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. All hair accessories, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, stickers, beauty products, and items on sale for 40% off or more are NOT eligible for return. For items on sale for 40% off or more, we offer one exchange with the same product in different size but the shipping costs for exchange are born by the customer. Customer can choose to get the refund via original payment method or with Starpoints. Any purchase in Starpoints will be refunded in Starpoints. Shipping costs are not refunded.
For orders from outside EU, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import taxes, duty or other custom fees for return. Return items should be shipped within 14 days after delivery. Please send an email to [email protected] before sending the items. We can arrange return shipment via UPS at regular shipping charges for your area. Customers can choose their own shipping method but in that case, we are not responsible for missing package. All hair accessories, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, stickers, beauty products, and items on sale for 40% off and more are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Customer can choose to get the refund via original payment method or with Starpoints. Any purchase in Starpoints will be refunded in Starpoints.
