We ship your orders via UPS in Europe (standard) and the US (Express). For the rest of the world, via UPS or PostNL.

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees. Shipments may be held by a country’s customs department and items may be restricted due to each country’s policy. Please note that Little Cosmo is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applicable. We suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire the policy before placing an order. Any packages that are refused by the customer due to custom related fees will not be refunded.
Return & Exchange
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return and exchange your purchase within 14 days after delivery (return items must be shipped within 14 days). Please first send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the name of item(s) you’d wish to return or exchange. In case or exchange, we can reserve the item for you for 7 days after the request. Within the EU, and for non-sale items, we will send you the new exchange item free of extra shipping charge, applicable once per order.
Once you receive the confirmation from our team, take your sealed box or bag containing the item(s) to be returned to your nearest Post Office or courier company and send it to the address below, retaining proof of postage. We process refund within 7 days of reception of items via your initial payment method. Please indicate in your return request if you wish to get the refund with Starpoints. Any purchase in Starpoints will be refunded in Starpoints.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. All hair accessories, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, stickers and beauty products are NOT eligible for return.
Return or exchange items which are lost or damaged during shipment will not be refunded. We recommend you send the return with tracked shipment with insurance.
- International Orders
For orders from outside EU, customers are also responsible any import taxes, duty or other custom fees for return. For orders outside of EU, items on sale for 40% off and more are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Please always clearly mention RETURN on the outside of the parcel and select RETURN on your customs declaration form in order to avoid import duties.
