International Orders

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees. Shipments may be held by a country’s customs department and items may be restricted due to each country’s policy. Please note that Little Cosmo is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applicable. We suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire the policy before placing an order. Any packages that are refused by the customer due to custom related fees will not be refunded.

Return & Exchange

We offer free return and exchange in EU within 14 days after delivery. Please send an email to customer@littlecosmo.com to arrange return. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. All hair accessories, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, stickers, beauty products, and Final Sale items (50% off or more) are NOT eligible for return. Customer can choose to get the refund via original payment method or with Starpoints. Any purchase in Starpoints will be refunded in Starpoints.

For orders from outside EU, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import taxes, duty or other custom fees for return. Return items should be shipped within 14 days after delivery. Please send an email to customer@littlecosmo.com before sending the items. We can arrange return shipment via UPS at regular shipping charges for your area. Customers can choose their own shipping method but in that case, we are not responsible for missing package.
